Most importantly, we keep you involved and informed along the way so that you can see your ideas as they develop. Xiros prides itself in the rigour of this process. This does mean that not all products survive to the final stage, but at all times we give honest and rapid feedback and encouragement. Ideas that do not survive the journey are not discarded: with your permission, Xiros maintains them on a database that is reviewed on a regular basis so that if circumstances change they can be reassessed.

Idea
Right from the start of the FASTRAX process Xiros will work closely with you to listen and understand your needs.
Research
Xiros operates rigorous analysis procedures including competitor, commercial and technical, to complete a full market review to assess the viability of an idea.
Development
Comprehensive three dimensional virtual prototyping and photorealistic rendering using Computer Aided Engineering tools to establish feasibility and reduce cost and delays in prototyping and testing.
Prototyping
Our experienced personnel produce prototypes that mirror the finished product using CNC CADCAM machining and textile processes.
Testing
Practical testing is used to validate the theoretical and computer analyses. All test equipment is calibrated as part of our ISO 9001 quality management system.
Intellectual Property
The protection of an innovative design is a valuable business asset and fundamental in the creation of commercial success.
Manufacture
The manufacturing service includes pre-production validation batches and small batch runs through to volume production of finished product.
