The heart of our strategy is rapid development of innovative ideas into fully developed commercial products.
Several business models are available to achieve this aim which can be tailored to suit your needs. These include full design and development from concept to manufacture including regulatory approvals via our FASTRAX process. Alternatively, you may wish to work in partnership with us, where Xiros completes certain agreed portions of work over the product development process.
Costs can be based on an hourly rate for consultancy work, on a fee for deliverables basis, or amortized over production orders. There is also funding potential from Xiros for the development of commercially viable products.

We provide surgeons, medical professionals and academic institutions with a route to market for inventions in the sports medicine field via our own Neoligaments branded product range. Xiros also offers other routes to market providing the opportunity to gain clinical feedback while negotiating with a suitable medical device company or companies to market the product under an appropriate licence agreement.
If you are a medical device company you may prefer to place the product on the market via your own sales network and under your own brand. Xiros can help you achieve this by regulatory approvals, manufacture of implants, together with a full packaging and sterilization service.
